Petra Jaya Properties (PJP) is a property developer in Sarawak that delivers premium real estate to thousands of satisfied homeowners, landowners, tenants and business partners - offering value, quality and service. 

In order to broaden their online community and reach, Petra Jaya Properties enlisted Pencil Rocket to help promote their brand awareness as well as highlight their ongoing projects throughout different social media platforms.

Through running a series of Facebook ads, PJP was able to acquire more than 140 message inquiries in a month.

 

We were also able to generate more than 400 engagement in terms of likes, comments and share.  

Over a span of 28 days, there was a recorded 3400 website views, most of which were generated from Facebook ads.

PJP wanted to generate awareness regarding their current ongoing projects as well as boost their overall company brand awareness among the Kuching community. 

With so many competitors in the market, PJP tried a different approach and explored social media marketing to generate higher lead numbers and reach a wider range of audience.

To amplify PJP's brand awareness and engagement, we built integrated Facebook ads which will lead to a custom-made Instant Experience that would showcase the company as well as highlight its ongoing projects.

 

The Instant Experience was a way to introduce new leads to get to know the company better and promote their residential and industrial projects.

 

We also designed an automated chatbot system that offers a 24/7 responsive feature towards any potential leads who may have inquiries.

 

The messenger chatbot is crafted to guide leads through a seamless customer journey and effectively improve PJP's customer service and customer retention by further engaging with interested individuals even after a prolonged period.
