As one of the leading township developers in Sarawak, Naim Properties has flagship developments across Kuching, Miri & Bintulu.
They celebrated their 25th Anniversary with the launch of a SuperDeals campaign all across Sarawak.
The campaign expanded across a range of more than 10 projects, with discounts offered up to 50% for both commercial and residential properties.
In a span of only 10 days, Naim Properties was able to attract property buyers from all across Malaysia and even overseas with the help of digital advertising.
Through leveraging a property chatbot & Facebook ads, we were able to help Naim Properties reach almost 560k people across Malaysia.
On top of that, they managed to sell off more than 60% of their SuperDeals property units.

Naim Properties wanted the campaign to be the talk of the town.
With the implementation of Movement Control Order (MCO) to combat the outbreak of COVID-19, a lot of traditional marketing activities were restricted.
As most of Naim Properties' past advertising efforts were executed through road shows, newspaper banners, gallery visits and other traditional methods, we explored the possibilities of reaching and targeting their audience through digital channels and content.
Starting off with a fairly obscure social media presence, they had to reinvent their online presence to reach their audience.
During MCO and CMCO period when people mostly stayed at home, social media traffic and video consumption rose tremendously. Therefore, we aim to capture interest and conversions through social media channels.
To hype the crowd, a series of short teaser videos that highlighted the SuperDeals promotions were created. We then integrated them into our Facebook ad campaigns and A/B tested our audience to reach potential leads all across Malaysia and even overseas.
Also, by creating a custom-made chatbot, we guided potential leads through the entire journey of understanding the campaign that eventually led to their conversion.
